GAGAYA Duck Blood 300g
Duck blood is consumed in various cuisines, most notably as duck blood and vermicelli soup in China and as the Polish soup czernina (black soup). It is also a key ingredient in certain Laotian raw blood salads. In cooking, it can be a protein source with an earthy flavor, and its texture is often described as similar to silken tofu.
